The University of Alabama is about five miles away, and Shelton State Community College and Stillman College are a short drive. The application fee is $40 per applicant, paid online. The security deposit equals one month’s rent. Confirm the total amount due with our team before you pay.
Who pays utilities?
Lawn service is included. Furnished homes include utilities; residents of unfurnished homes set up and pay their own utilities, including trash charges through the water bill. Use the specific listing and lease to confirm what is included. A listing-specific offer can differ from the general furnished rate.
Is renters insurance required?
Renters insurance is encouraged, but it is not generally required. The property’s insurance does not cover your personal belongings. Review your lease for any requirements that apply to your situation.
What happens after I apply?
